The Hero’s Journey is a narrative arc that involves a hero going on an adventure, facing a crisis, winning a victory, and then returning home transformed. This framework not only enriches storytelling but also serves as a metaphor for personal growth and overcoming challenges, themes that are very much relatable and inspirational for children.
