The Rewilding Your Soul 90-Day Coaching Program will be customized for you and can be done in person, via Zoom, or hybrid. Below is a sample program.  

Phase 1: Foundations of Rewilding and Deep Health (Weeks 1-3)

Objective: Establish foundational awareness of evolutionary mismatch and deep health principles and begin aligning with nature’s rhythms.

Week 1 – Introduction and Assessment

  • Overview of evolutionary mismatch and deep health framework

  • Initial self-assessment (physical, emotional, mental, relational health)

  • Setting personal goals for the 13-week journey

  • Outdoor activity: Silent nature walk

Week 2 – Daily Rhythms: Sleep, Light, and Movement

  • Education: Circadian rhythms, sleep, and light exposure

  • Practical strategies: Morning sunlight, outdoor movement, reducing screen time in the evenings

  • Micro-adjustments to sleep routines

  • Outdoor activity: Sunlight exposure practice & nature journaling

Week 3 – Breath, Body, and Grounding Practices

  • Introduction to breathwork for nervous system regulation

  • Grounding exercises (barefoot walking, forest bathing)

  • Outdoor activity: Breathwork in natural settings

 

 

Phase 2: Emotional, Mental, and Relational Health (Weeks 4-7)

Objective: Deepen self-awareness and explore emotional and relational healing through nature-based practices.

 

Week 4 – Exploring Emotional Mismatch and Regulation

  • Emotional literacy and nervous system health

  • Nature as a mirror for emotions

  • Outdoor activity: Sit spot practice for emotional clarity

Week 5 – Cultivating Mental Health: Slowing Down the Mind

  • Nature-based mindfulness practices to reduce cognitive load

  • Tools for reducing overstimulation and rumination

  • Outdoor activity: Forest or beach meditation session

Week 6 – Building Deep, Meaningful Connections

  • Reconnecting with relational health: Community and belonging

  • The role of shared outdoor experiences in relationships

  • Outdoor activity: Group walk or storytelling circle

Week 7 – The Practice of Self-Compassion in Nature

  • Releasing self-judgment through nature-based metaphors

  • Guided exercise: Compassionate self-talk during a reflective nature walk

 

 

Phase 3: Designing a Life in Alignment (Weeks 8-10)

Objective: Begin integrating sustainable habits, aligning life with ancestral rhythms, and exploring purpose through natural immersion.

Week 8 – Rewilding Nutrition: Eating with Awareness

  • Discuss ancestral eating patterns and whole foods

  • Align eating practices with circadian rhythms

  • Outdoor activity: Picnic with natural, whole foods

Week 9 – Movement in Nature: Reconnecting with Physicality

  • Encourage functional movement: walking, running, climbing

  • Develop playful physical practices (inspired by natural movements)

  • Outdoor activity: Movement play session (e.g., tree climbing or trail running)

Week 10 – Reimagining Work and Rest Rhythms

  • Strategies for balancing productivity and restorative rest

  • Introduction to rebellion through rest (inspired by your interest in rest and compassionate,

       reflective inquiry)

  • Outdoor activity: Reflection on work-life alignment

 

 

Phase 4: Embedding Systems for Long-term Well-being (Weeks 11-13)

Objective: Empower participants to design lifelong practices for ongoing connection,

health, and fulfillment.

Week 11 – Creating Sustainable Systems and Rituals

  • Design a personal rhythm of rituals aligning with deep health

  • Outdoor activity: Crafting a personal nature-based ritual

Week 12 – Technology and Well-being: Finding Balance

  • Explore how to integrate helpful technology (e.g., Oura rings)

  • Align technology use with personal well-being goals

  • Outdoor activity: Digital detox day

Week 13 – Celebration and Forward Planning

  • Reflect on personal growth and experiences

  • Create an adaptable, lifelong health plan

  • Outdoor activity: Closing ceremony with reflection and goal-setting
