  5. Non-Discrimination and Inclusivity: Provide a non-judgmental and inclusive environment, respecting the diversity of clients' backgrounds and experiences.

  6. Well-being and Harm Avoidance: Ensure that all coaching practices prioritize the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of clients, avoiding any harm.

  7. Accountability and Feedback: Be open to feedback and accountable for actions, fostering a collaborative and responsive coaching relationship.

  8. Boundary Management: Clearly establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure an effective coaching relationship.

  9. Societal Contribution: Recognize the broader impact of coaching and strive to contribute positively to the community and society.

  10. Respect for Professional Standards: Adhere to recognized standards and Scope of Practice guidelines set forth by the International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaches, It Always Takes a Village, National Association of Sports Medicine, and Precision of Nutrition. 

  11. Mandated Reporter Responsibility:  As a Mandated Reporter, it is my ethical and legal obligation to report any suspected child abuse or neglect. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Identifying Signs: Being vigilant in recognizing potential signs of abuse or neglect in children.

  • Mandatory Reporting: Promptly reporting any suspicions of child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

  • Cooperation: Cooperating with child welfare and law enforcement investigations when necessary.

  • Education and Awareness: Continuously educating myself about child abuse and neglect indicators and the reporting process.

  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of any such reports, except as required by law.
